Update

Hi all!

Just a couple of things off the top of my head.

  1. Social Studies Test#5-The Crucible is on Thursday, Feb. 27th.

#5-The Crucible(Answers)

2. The students will be reviewing for their second math assessment of the year. They have shown lots of growth. It should be on Friday or Monday. (Feb. 28th or March 2nd)

3) We have about two weeks to finish off our projects in SS. In order, they were; A) Canada A-Z, B) Great Canadian, C) Food, D) Flags, E) Sports, and F) Urban Legends. Students have presented some of these as well, and they look very slick!

4) Thank you, parents for getting the money in and signing up on Invite Right for our special events. Curling was lots of fun, and tubing is sure to be exciting!

5) Continued thanks to the Patrollers for the important job they do. Attendance has been quite good in these cooler days. Brrr.

6) Gym Clothes—need I say more. lol

Thanks for all your support,

Mr. Clark

Curling Tomorrow

Every person in class will play one game of curling over at the rink tomorrow. If you have a broom, please bring one. There will be extras but not too many. Make sure you wear warm clothes for the walk over. It is three blocks, but temperature will be very chilly. Wear toques and mitts. I f you haven’t signed up on Invite Right and paid Mr. Clark the money, please do so in the morning. Should be lots of fun!

Cheers,

Mr. Clark
